  • 1 lb Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter (optional for extra flavor)
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup Bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup Zucchini (sliced)
  • To taste Salt and black pepper
  • Optional Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Ingredients: Season the chicken with paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss the shrimp with a pinch of salt, pepper, and chili flakes for a subtle kick.
  • Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken pieces and sear them for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • Cook the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add butter (optional) and toss in the cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and zucchini. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until slightly softened.
  • Cook the Shrimp: Push the veggies to the side and add the shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.
  • Combine Everything: Return the chicken to the skillet and toss everything together for 1–2 minutes to combine flavors.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with rice, pasta, or a side salad.
